RHIS aspires to create, develop and implement a high standard ICT based education programme that will set apart the School as a great ICT hub and talent incubation/development centre.
RHIS seeks to set objectives for students to meet and develop a plan of action for teachers to follow in helping students achieve those benchmarks, work towards the School achieving excellent results in all internal and external examinations, develop policies and procedures, drive 21 century system of education in teaching, learning and evaluation.
